Cancellation Policy

Times CAR RENTAL – Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled due to the client’s personal circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

Time of Cancellation	Cancellation Fee
At least 7 days prior to pick-up	Free of charge
3 to 6 days prior to pick-up	20% of the basic rental rate
1 to 2 days prior to pick-up	30% of the basic rental rate
On the pick-up date	50% of the basic rental rate

Important Notice:

If the client fails to contact Times CAR RENTAL within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and applicable fees will be charged accordingly.

Pick-up and Drop-off

Pick-up and drop-off within the city center are included in the service.
An additional surcharge will apply if the pick-up or drop-off location is more than 10 km from the city center.
