1. Cancellation by Customer
If the customer cancels a confirmed trip for any reason, cancellation fees apply as follows:

These rules apply to all bookings made with Oriental Destination. Cancellation fees will be deducted automatically from deposits or payments, and any refund balance will be transferred to the customer’s bank account (transfer fees borne by the customer).
2. Cancellation by Oriental Destination
In cases of force majeure such as political unrest, natural disasters, wars, or other uncontrollable events, Oriental Destination reserves the right to cancel confirmed trips. In such circumstances, clients will be contacted for alternative arrangements or offered full reimbursement of deposits/payments.
3. Travel Insurance
Oriental Destination acts as an inbound travel agency and does not provide insurance. However, we can assist as an intermediary between your insurer and our service providers. Please inform us of your insurance contract details if necessary.
4. Liability
Oriental Destination commits to fulfilling all contractual obligations. Clients must follow the instructions of guides and service providers. We disclaim liability for any incidents or consequences outside the scope of the contract.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Both parties should seek amicable solutions to any disputes or complaints. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Vietnam Tourism Law (2001), all tourism companies, including Oriental Destination Travel, must deposit a mandatory capital of 500,000,000 VND to ensure customer compensation if the company breaches contracts.

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after completion of services.
